Gayetri offers excellent surface protection and premium appearance of your products. Our treatment lines can handle large volume jobs as well as small. With our manual hoist line, we have the flexibility of handling varying sized parts. In addition to rack plating, we also offer barrel plating for smaller items. Anodizing is a surface treatment process which is used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of certain metal parts. It is most commonly used on aluminum alloys. An added benefit of this procedure is that, it provides better adhesion for paint primers and glues than bare metal does.

Most phosphate coatings assist as a surface preparation for further coating and/or painting, a function it performs effectively with excellent adhesion and electrical insulation. Phosphating appear to be a shade of grey and coal due to the increased layer thickness and discolouration.

Passivation adds an outer layer of shield material that is applied as a micro coating, formed by chemical reaction with the base material, or allowed to build from natural oxidation in the air.
